Forms! FIXED!

Ok, we just fixed up our forms. When you go to the website, you will see text "Apply" in the navigation bar. When you click it, you will now be re-directed to a form. Then you can fill this form out, and successfully apply for a sponsorship. The coding on the original form, was scripted wrong so it would have an error when you send it. We fixed the problem and enhanced our forms. Enjoy applying for sponsorship! Leave some feedback for some more forms or add ons!

try google docs. They have a better and more efficient form management. And it works with google accounts. Youtube uses GoogleDocs.
